(Also its not what it sounds like fellow teenagers and adults.) Two people do actually sleep together, but it’s because one of the characters had a nightmare. It’s mostly just a peck except for one scene, where two of my favorite characters make out (just sayin’). There is a lot of kissing and sexual contact as well, but nothing bad. There’s also the F-word about two times but all you can hear is “beeeeep”. It shows some really gory scenes that I had to fast-forward because they were too much for me, including someone being shot in the head, someone being whipped badly, people killing one another(of course), and a few other scenes, but they’re not too intense. It’s sort of confusing, but everything will straighten out by the end of the movie. Also about HOW ADORABLE PEETA MELLARK IS (I’m kidding guys lol) And about how teamwork is the best way to solve a problem. About how if you care about other people, you’ll get good things in return. It’ll make you want to scream at President Snow. It isn’t too heartbreaking, which is good. It’s insane how similar the book and movie are! So now you can just skip reading the book and watch the movie instead! The book is literally the exact same as the movie. The romance isn’t inappropriate, which is great, so it can be for all teens, and not just the older ones. It’ll keep you thinking about it all day. The music is so pretty!!!!! (Just putting that out there) WARNING! This movie will make you ship characters in the movie. The characters are soooo cute together by the way. If you are a romance geek(like me lol) and you were begging for more romance drama while watching the first Hunger Games movie, I totally recommend watching this. It’s a creative idea that’s unlike so many other movies/book series, so if you’re looking for something different and new to watch, this is for you. Many characters are good role-models, which is good especially for young teens. It includes examples of problem-solving, teamwork, and kindness(surprisingly). Hello friends! I honestly think this movie is great! I think I like the original Hunger Games movie a little better because Catching Fire is so much more scary, mature, gory, and political.
